Mike Rosenstein is an award-winning film and TV producer/financier that got his start working with Ben Stiller at Red Hour Films for nearly a decade.
Rosenstein’s producing credits include “Zoolander 2” directed by Ben Stiller, and comedy specials for Eric Andre, Reggie Watts, Bridget Everett, Paul Scheer, and Rob Huebel. Mike has served as executive producer on many popular comedy series including “The Meltdown” with Academy Award nominees Kumail Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon, and Jonah Ray, “Another Period” with Natasha Leggero and Riki Lindhome, Emmy Award nominated "Burning Love" with Ken Marino and Erica Oyama, "The Birthday Boys" with Emmy Award winner Bob Odenkirk, and “Stiller & Meara” with comedy legends Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara. He is currently serving as showrunner and executive producer on a new comedy series starring Andy Samberg for Quibi.
Rosenstein’s production company Sunset Rose Pictures is producing and financing “Have a Good Trip: Adventures in Psychedelics” with writer/director Donick Cary for Netflix. The comedic documentary stars an A-list cast discussing psychedelics, including Ben Stiller, Sarah Silverman, Adam Scott, Nick Offerman, Ad-Rock, A$AP Rocky, Paul Scheer, Nick Kroll, Rob Corddry, Rosie Perez, Reggie Watts, Shepard Fairey, Natasha Lyonne, Sting, late greats Carrie Fisher and Anthony Bourdain, and many more. “Have a Good Trip” premiered as a Netflix original documentary worldwide on May 11th, 2020.
Rosenstein’s next project after “Have a Good Trip” will be “Eric Andre: Legalize Everything”, a one hour special produced with A24 that will be available on Netflix later this year.
